Editing Your Site

After your site is generated, you can refine it using several editing modes. Each mode is designed for a different type of change.

Quick Edit

Use Quick Edit to update basic site details like the site name, logo text, contact email, phone number, and address. These changes are applied instantly and do not use any AI credits.

Manual Edit

Manual Edit lets you directly replace text that already exists on the page. It is useful for correcting wording, fixing typos, or updating specific phrases. Manual Edit cannot add new content, change the layout, or remove sections — it only replaces existing text. No AI credits are used.

AI Edit

AI Edit is the most powerful editing mode. It can rewrite copy, add entirely new sections, change layouts, and make broader page changes. Each AI edit that you apply uses one AI credit from your monthly allowance. See AI Editing in Detail for more information.

Code Edit (Pro plan)

If you need full control, the Code Editor lets you directly edit the HTML and CSS of your site. This is ideal for advanced styling or layout tweaks. The Code Editor is available on the Pro plan.

How to access the editor

From the dashboard, click the "Edit" button on any of your live sites. The editor opens with five tabs: Quick edit, Manual edit, AI edit, Code edit (Pro plan), and Site settings.

Site Settings

The Site Settings tab (also in the editor) is where you manage SEO settings, connect a custom domain, and add analytics tracking. It is separate from content editing.
