Custom Domains

By default, your site is published at an auto-assigned subdomain like z4k.deepdigitalventures.com. With a Basic or Pro plan, you can connect your own custom domain for a professional web presence.

Requirements

  • An active Basic or Pro subscription.
  • A domain name that you own (purchased from any registrar).

How to connect a custom domain

  1. Open the editor for your site and go to the "Site Settings" tab.
  2. Enter your custom domain in the domain field.
  3. Update your domain's DNS records to point to our server. You will be shown the required DNS records.
  4. Once DNS propagates (usually within a few minutes to a few hours), your site will be accessible at your custom domain with SSL.

Domain search

If you do not have a domain yet, you can search for available domains directly from the Site Settings panel. Website Builder will check domain availability and pricing for you.

Disconnecting a domain

You can disconnect a custom domain at any time from the Site Settings tab. Your site will revert to its default subdomain.
